Job summary

Bausch+Lomb Companies Inc. is seeking a meticulous financial analyst to join the EMEA finance team in Istanbul. You will provide business analysis to identify key variances and drivers and deliver quality financial analysis to regional and senior leaders.

Responsibilities include preparing and consolidating regional operating plans and forecasts, exploring opportunities to improve planning, forecasting and analysis, and maintaining strong collaboration with international Finance departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics and Business Administration.
• Advanced knowledge in SAP, Excel, PowerBI.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides business analysis for our EMEA Business to identify key variances, drivers and action plans.
• Provides quality financial analysis and collects regional input to explain monthly/quarterly results to regional and senior leaders.
• Prepares and consolidates regional operating plan and forecasts in line with corporate requirements and guidelines.
• Identifies opportunities for improvements of planning, forecasting and analysis.
• Involved in strategic and long term business plans (submissions, preparation, communication with all business partners).
• Maintains a strong relationship and collaborates with international Finance departments as well as Senior Management.
• Provides ad-hoc reports and analysis.
