Job summary

Bausch+Lomb Companies Inc. in Istanbul is seeking a Finance FP&A specialist to provide business analysis for the EMEA region, identify variances, and support monthly and quarterly results to regional leadership.

You will consolidate regional operating plans, cooperate with international Finance departments and senior management, and prepare ad-hoc reports. A degree in Economics and Business Administration and advanced SAP, Excel, and PowerBI skills are required, along with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics and Business Administration.
• Advanced knowledge in SAP, Excel and PowerBI.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides business analysis for our EMEA Business to identify key variances, drivers and action plans
• Provides quality financial analysis and collects regional input to explain monthly/quarterly results to regional and senior leaders
• Prepares and consolidates regional operating plan and forecasts in line with corporate requirements and guidelines
• Identifies opportunities for improvements of planning, forecasting and analysis
• Involved in strategic and long term business plans (submissions, preparation, communication with all business partners)
• Maintains a strong relationship and collaborates with international Finance departments as well as Senior Management
• Provides ad-hoc reports and analysis
