Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the EMEA region with financial analysis and planning. The role involves consolidating regional forecasts, collaborating with international Finance teams, and delivering insights to senior leaders.

Qualified candidates have a degree in economics/BA, finance experience, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerBI, with fluency in English. Istanbul-based position with global exposure and strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Provides business analysis for our EMEA Business to identify key variances, drivers and action plans.
• Provides quality financial analysis and collects regional input to explain monthly/quarterly results to regional and senior leaders.
• Prepares and consolidates regional operating plan and forecasts in line with corporate requirements and guidelines.
• Identifies opportunities for improvements of planning, forecasting and analysis.
• Involved in strategic and long term business plans (submissions, preparation, communication with all business partners).
• Maintains a strong relationship and collaborates with international Finance departments as well as Senior Management.
• Provides ad-hoc reports and analysis.
