Job summary

Rayal is seeking a Finance & AI Lead to drive financial visibility, cash discipline, and operational control across the company. The role covers cash flow management, receivables/payables, financial reporting, banking relationships, and financing, with a focus on automating processes and applying AI to forecasting and data analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in finance/treasury, experience in manufacturing or agri-trading, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in finance, treasury, FP&A, or controlling.
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, trading, or distribution is preferred.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong treasury, cash flow management, financial reporting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cash flow tracking and prepare rolling forecasts and liquidity outlooks for management.
• Monitor cash positions, credit facilities, and key inflows and outflows.
• Support scenario analysis and working capital planning.
• Track customer and supplier balances, collections, and payment priorities in coordination with Sales, Procurement, and Accounting.
• Prepare regular management reports and dashboards covering cash, working capital, and budget versus actual.
• Flag financial risks and bottlenecks to management early.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Support loan applications, credit facilities, and financing discussions.
• Research and follow up on relevant government incentives and support programs.
• Identify and automate repetitive finance workflows.
• Apply AI tools to forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.

Role Description

The Finance & AI Lead drives financial visibility, cash discipline, and operational control across Rayal. The role covers cash flow and treasury management, receivables and payables, financial reporting, banking relationships, and financing. It also leads the automation of finance processes and the practical use of AI to make reporting and forecasting faster and more reliable. The role works closely with management and cross-functional teams, combining hands-on financial tracking with management-level insight.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Maintain cash flow tracking and prepare rolling forecasts and liquidity outlooks for management
• Monitor cash positions, credit facilities, and key inflows and outflows
• Support scenario analysis and working capital planning

Receivables, Payables & Reporting

• Track customer and supplier balances, collections, and payment priorities in coordination with Sales, Procurement, and Accounting
• Prepare regular management reports and dashboards covering cash, working capital, and budget versus actual
• Flag financial risks and bottlenecks to management early

Banking & Financing

• Manage day-to-day relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Support loan applications, credit facilities, and financing discussions
• Research and follow up on relevant government incentives and support programs

Controls & Administration

• Support financial controls, approval workflows, and payment discipline
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial documentation
• Track key contracts, permits, and recurring obligations

AI & Automation

• Identify and automate repetitive finance workflows
• Apply AI tools to forecasting, reporting, and data analysis
• Improve finance data quality and system reporting in coordination with Accounting

Skills & Competencies

• Strong treasury, cash flow management, financial reporting, and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and comfort with ERP systems
• Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude) to improve finance workflows
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Turkish and English; Arabic is a plus

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in finance, treasury, FP&A, or controlling
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, trading, or distribution is preferred
• Familiarity with the Turkish banking and financing environment is an advantage
