Job summary

Çelebi Ground Handling Türkiye is seeking a Finance professional to join our team and drive business performance through financial analysis and insights. In this role you will lead monthly closing, analyze actuals vs budget and forecast, review IFRS adjustments, and prepare management reports for senior stakeholders—with a strong emphasis on automation, digitalization and AI adoption in finance.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and support monthly closing, financial analysis, and reporting processes.
• Analyze actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify key variances and business drivers.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, profitability.
• Review financial statements and IFRS adjustments.
• Prepare management reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, digitalization, and AI adoption in finance.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in budgeting & reporting, controlling, management reporting or audit
• Preferably 2-3 years of Big Four audit experience followed by in-house finance experience
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and IFRS/TFRS
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP/SAP CO is a plus
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion or similar planning & reporting tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business partnering skills
• Curious about AI, automation and new-generation finance technologies
