Job summary

HUMAN KAPİTAL İnsan Kaynakları ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi is seeking a Finance and Treasury Director to lead the finance, treasury, budgeting and reporting functions for its manufacturing client. The aim is to strengthen the financial structure, ensure effective resource management and support sustainable growth objectives.

The role covers cash flow planning, banking and credit management, FX exposure and ERP-based reporting, while overseeing a team and advising

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related field.
• At least 10 years in finance, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience in cash flow management, banking, credit and financing processes.
• Knowledge of export transactions, FX operations and currency risk management.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting and period-end closing.
• Advanced proficiency in English and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Plan cash flow and monitor liquidity requirements.
• Manage banking, credit, financing, payments and collections.
• Maintain relationships with domestic and international banks.
• Monitor FX positions, exchange-rate risks and financing costs.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor budget vs actual results and perform variance analyses.
• Review monthly and period-end closing results.
• Present analyses and reports to senior management.
• Monitor financial risks and improve internal controls.
• Contribute to ERP and financial reporting improvements.
• Lead the team and manage objectives and performance.
• Support strategic financial decisions from a finance perspective.

Qualifications
