Job summary

Gizli Şirket in Istanbul is seeking a senior finance professional to lead budgeting, consolidation and reporting. You will drive timely, accurate financial statements in line with Turkish GAAP, IFRS and TFRS standards.

The role requires hands-on SAP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Fluency in English is essential and you will support digital finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Econometrics with strong accounting knowledge.
• Solid experience in preparing consolidated financial statements under Turkish GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario planning.
• Ability to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports for senior leadership.
• Excellent command of English and proven ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare solo financial reports for audited companies.
• Lead consolidation of financial statements in line with TFRS/IFRS.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, and scenario planning.
• Develop monthly/quarterly/annual management reports for senior leadership.
• Support financial models and feasibility studies for investments.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve performance.
• Deliver ad-hoc reports and executive presentations for board meetings.
• Support digital transformation projects in finance, focusing on automation and system optimization.

Job description

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Econometrics (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in budget&reporting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Solid experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with Turkish GAAP and IFRS
• Strong knowledge of reporting standards, Turkish Commercial Code, and tax legislation, with ability to follow updates closely
• Hands-on experience in SAP (knowledge of BPC will be considered an asset)
• Experience in data analytics within a production environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical abilities
• Excellent command of English, with proven ability to communicate and present effectively at all organizational levels
• Residence in Istanbul
