Job summary

HUMAN KAPİTAL İnsan Kaynakları ve Danışmanlık Hiz.Ltd. seeks a Finance and Treasury Director to lead the finance, treasury, budgeting and reporting functions of a manufacturing client, strengthening its financial structure and supporting sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will manage cash flow, banking relationships, currency risk, and ERP-driven reporting while steering a high-performing team and partnering with senior management on strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Preferably experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experienced in cash flow management, banking, credit and financing processes.
• Knowledgeable about export transactions, foreign exchange operations and currency risk management.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting and period-end closing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• For male candidates, completion of compulsory military service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s finance, treasury, budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Plan cash flow and monitor the company’s liquidity requirements.
• Ensure the effective management of banking, credit, financing, payment and collection processes.
• Manage relationships with domestic and international banks.
• Monitor foreign currency positions, exchange-rate risks and financing costs.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities.
• Monitor budget versus actual results and prepare variance analyses.
• Review monthly and period-end closing results.
• Present regular financial analyses and management reports to senior management.
• Monitor financial risks and improve internal control processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of ERP and financial reporting processes.
• Manage the objectives, work plans and performance of the team.
• Support strategic decision-making processes from a financial perspective.
