Job summary

The WIKA Group is seeking a senior finance leader for the FI/CO area in Turkey. You will lead the finance team, manage budgets, financial reporting, and control processes to ensure accurate statements and cost control. This role involves close collaboration with HQ and external auditors.

We value strong English communication, GAAP knowledge, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Experience with MS Office and ERP systems, including D365, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance including financial management, budgeting and reporting with leadership experience.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must.
• Advanced knowledge of statutory GAAP (German GAAP will be an asset).
• Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs.
• D365 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FI/CO team, develop and support direct reports to increase performance.
• Responsible for internal financial control reporting, preparation of financial statements, budget & planning, transfer pricing and product costing, risk analysis.
• Prepare, analyze and review budget and expenditures for local and HQ analysis.
• Cash & treasury management.
• Control all expenses, payroll entries and other accounting documents.
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Analyze and control inventory and depreciation.
• Maintaining regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve any possible accounting discrepancies if necessary.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
• Interact with external & internal auditors for annual audits.
• Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
