Job summary

Atlas Copco delivers innovative compressors and related technologies across diverse industries. The Field Service Technician in the Duzce region will travel to customer sites, start from home, and work with a company vehicle fully equipped for safe repairs and installations.

You will be the on-site expert, diagnosing issues, performing servicing, and advising customers to maximize uptime. We offer hands-on training, strong safety standards, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient in electrical systems with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Possess a high school diploma in Electrical or Electronic fields.
• Since this role involves direct customer interaction, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be proficient with computers, and hold a valid driving license.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for solving technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Service Team Leader.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems; diagnose issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Duzce. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Turkey.
