Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. Izmir is seeking a Field Service Technician to keep customer compressors running and support uptime in the Aydin region. The role involves autonomous fieldwork, travel to diverse sites, and on-site diagnostics using mechanical, electronic, and IoT controls.

You will report to the Service Team Leader, perform installations, safety checks, and service activities, and proactively address customer needs while documenting all actions for quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• Proficient in electrical systems with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Proficient with computers and able to document service activities.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Turkey.

• Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Aydin. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Turkey.
