Job summary

TARGET A.Ş. seeks a Field Service Technician to provide after-sales technical support for Acutronic systems in Türkiye. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and remote coordination with international teams.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering degree, hands-on experience in field service, and strong reading of electrical schematics. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning, or technical support preferred.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Acutronic systems at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting, fail diagnosis, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Support system installation, first run, and upgrades when necessary.
• Carry out technical inspections and performance verification.
• Read and assess electrical schematics and documentation.
• Coordinate technical talks with international teams.
• Prepare service reports and follow up on actions.
• Travel to customer sites in Türkiye and abroad when required.

We’re Hiring: Field Service Technician / Technical Service Personnel

TARGET A.Ş. is looking for technically skilled and Field Service Technician to provide after-sales technical support for Acutronic systems in Türkiye.

Acutronic is an international technology company specializing in high-precision motion simulation and test systems used in the aerospace, defense, automotive, and advanced technology industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Acutronic systems installed at customer sites
• Perform troubleshooting, fail diagnosis, maintenance, and repair activities
• Support the installation of systems, and performing the first run, and system upgrades when necessary.
• Carry out technical inspections and performance verification
• Read and asses electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Coordinate technical talks with Acutronic’s international technical teams
• Prepare service reports and follow up on technical actions
• Travel to customer sites in Türkiye and abroad when required

Candidate Profile

• Graduate of a relevant associate degree or bachelor’s degree program in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Automation, Control, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Preferably experienced in field service, maintenance, commissioning, automation, or technical support
• Good knowledge of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical systems
• Familiarity with PLC, servo motors, drives, sensors, automation, and motion control systems is an advantage
• Able to read and understand technical documentation and electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate directly with international technical teams
• Valid driving license and active driving skills
• Abla to travel within Türkiye and abroad when required
• For male candidates, completion of military service is preferred
