Job summary

CHEP in Gaziantep seeks a Field Operations Executive to optimise field operations and drive asset recovery across retailer accounts. You will build retailer relationships, conduct on-site trainings, and lead audits to improve asset management performance.

The role requires a degree in Business or Engineering, 5+ years in Retail or Logistics, and strong stakeholder management, with a hybrid work model and focus on reducing leakage and costs.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Studies, Engineering or relevant studies.
  • Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Retail, Sales, Logistic Operations, Manufacturing companies
  • Experience in managing diverse teams, and influencing change in a growing market
  • Knowledge of FMCG, Retail and Distribution networks and Supply Chain dynamics
  • Customer facing experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting automotive business with audit, on-site trainings and back load lead generation support
  • Responsible for managing and delivering the Asset Management designated KPI’s in his area of influence (FTR; Stock levels; leakage rate) and create action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring 100% of active Retail accounts are either covered by a field visit, a call or both as a means of having a regular CHEP contact. (Field visits covering D locations having min %85 of total delta stock)
  • Responsible for executing or any other collaboration projects such as TPM, transport collaboration with related retailers
  • Responsible for identifying and executing advocacy process and hit the growth and LMS targets via regional advocacy
  • Responsible for Audit performance of related retailers and supporting Audit execution in the area of influence
  • Manage broader relationships with key Retailers in all levels and functions and Increase Customer satisfaction
  • Work alongside the relevant departments to formulate a business plan for each Retailer account to protect and grow the account in order to meet and exceed

Job Description Key Responsibilities May Include:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with asset productivity objectives.
  • Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying route causes of failure and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and the CIFOT measure.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing targeted training for retailer staff, ensuring effective equipment control practices are in place.
  • Ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers, establishing agreements around asset recovery processes to ensure a smooth transition and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and execute audit programs within the account portfolio to ensure adherence to asset management standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate audit result forecast.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives, develop solutions that improve asset recovery, and expand CHEP’s customer base.
  • Monitor asset control metrics, using data to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance asset recovery performance.

Position Purpose

Key objectives of the role are to minimise leakage, decreasing net cost of collection, improve relationship level and support business growth targets.

Responsible for designing and executing Retailer account strategy and initiatives where they are responsible

Create tailor made solutions and collaboration platform for TOP retailers

Improve Retailers profitability and operation efficiency

Improve Sustainable and broader relationship with key retailers to improve satisfaction
