Job summary

Theo, serving Maxphotonics' high-performance fiber laser solutions, is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Bursa, Turkey. In this role you will install, calibrate, diagnose and repair equipment on customer sites, travel up to 80%, and liaise with our China-based team.

You’ll complete service reports and ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree, has 2+ years of field service experience, and is comfortable with RMA

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required to communicate with China-based team.
• 2+ years of field service or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (including overnight stays).
• Technical degree (Associates or higher) in Electronics/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical or precision instrumentation.
• Familiarity with RMA processes and service operations.
• Background in semiconductors, medical devices, industrial automation, or similar high-tech industries.
• Experience with industrial fiber optic lasers and systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our growing service team. This role is responsible for supporting our customers through on-site service, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, as well as handling Return Material Authorization (RMA) repairs at our facility. Key Responsibilities:
