Job summary

  • Strong writing skills with ability to draft press releases, articles, and content.
  • Skilled in developing well-structured PowerPoint presentations for different audiences.
  • Delivers key messages to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Demonstrates urgency and proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Understands national media landscape and communication channels.
  • Experience organizing events such as press briefings and corporate gatherings.
  • Manages projects with proper planning and tracking.
  • Builds strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Works with parent companies Anadolu Group and The Coca-Cola Company.

Responsibilities

  • Implements and enforces branding standards and visual identity; guides logo usage.

Job description

As part of the Group Office Communications team, this role focuses on the effective implementation of the Corporate Communication strategy and coordination of communication activities as well as protecting the reputation of the company across the organization. Partnering with country Corporate Affairs and Sustainability teams is expected from the role while execution of both internal and external communication tools to engage with group office and key stakeholders.

What We Expect:
  • Contributes to the development of annual communication plans that support online and offline reputation management efforts across CCI's entire geography.
  • Develops and manages CCI's internal and external communication platforms in alignment with corporate communication strategies and group-level campaigns; coordinates all group communications within the PACS teams.
  • Assists in defining clear communication strategies and preparing accurate messaging during crisis situations; ensures compliance with the company's crisis management framework and leads stakeholder communication when necessary.
  • Prepares a variety of corporate communication materials and external communication initiatives through structured communication plans; organizes press events, media engagements, and corporate visibility activities such as sponsorships and conferences. Works closely with Agencies: PR, Internal and Social Media.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop communication content and tools that support business objectives.
  • Supports leadership in internal and external communication efforts, including preparing talking points, messages, and leadership communications.
  • Supports the implementation and enforcement of CCI branding standards and visual identity guidelines; provides guidance to all countries for the correct application of the corporate logo and design elements.
