UNDP Ankara is seeking a Project Assistant to support the implementation and coordination of a multi-faceted programme aimed at social cohesion and inclusion of refugees in Türkiye. Based in PMM premises, you will work across central and provincial levels to ensure timely delivery of project activities.

The role emphasizes coordination with PMM units, civil society and local authorities, data collection for monitoring, and preparation of reports and materials to support informed decision-making.

Qualificações

• Experience in migration management, refugee response, social cohesion and harmonization, or related development/humanitarian fields.
• Experience in supporting project/programme implementation, including planning, follow-up of activities and preparation of inputs for reports.
• Experience in coordinating with PMM units, public institutions, local authorities, civil society organizations and other stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to PMM personnel for planning, implementation and follow-up of project activities.
• Coordinate information exchange among PMM units and project partners to facilitate delivered activities.
• Support data collection, monitoring, and reporting for project outputs and indicators.
• Maintain organized project documentation and databases in line with institutional procedures.
• Assist in preparing materials, agendas, and minutes for meetings, trainings, and field visits.
