Job summary

Global Roles is seeking a Project Assistant to support field-level implementation and coordination of migration management activities in Ankara. You will assist in data collection, analysis, meetings, and capacity-building events with PMM and partners.

The role emphasizes organizing information, maintaining records, and facilitating collaboration across central and provincial units, civil society, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience or high school with 5 years experience.
• Experience in Türkiye in migration management, refugee response, social cohesion, or related fields.
• Experience supporting planning, follow-up of activities, reports and meeting notes.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and follow-up of project activities and work plans.
• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support for meetings and workshops.
• Maintain project records, correspondence and tracking tools.
• Support data collection, management and basic analysis for decision making.
• Assist with coordination among PMM units, provincial directorates and stakeholders.
• Prepare inputs for reports, briefings and coordination materials.
