Job summary

UNDP Türkiye Country Office is seeking a Technical Project Associate to support social cohesion and inclusion initiatives for refugees in Türkiye. Based in Ankara, you will coordinate PMM-related activities, collect data, and assist in field monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PMM central and provincial units, NGOs, and government institutions to strengthen labour market access and integration, including women’s employability and resettlement

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years (with secondary education) or 3 years (with a bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience.
Experience in migration, refugee-related studies, social cohesion, labour market participation, formal employment, or related fields.
Experience in coordination with public institutions, local authorities, civil society organizations and international partners.
Experience in collecting, compiling, reviewing and presenting qualitative and/or quantitative information for monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical inputs and follow-up of project activities within PMM and UNDP for timely information flow.
Support social cohesion activities at central and provincial levels.
Assist field‑level research, monitoring and reporting to generate evidence on migration management and social cohesion.
Establish and maintain coordination with PMM units, labour market institutions and stakeholders.
Coordinate data collection and support the project monitoring system for progress reporting.
