UNDP Türkiye is seeking a Project Assistant to support the implementation of social cohesion and inclusion initiatives under the Premed Mobility in Türkiye project. The role focuses on coordinating activities, collecting inputs, and ensuring timely reporting and documentation.

The Project Assistant will work at PMM premises in Ankara, providing operational support for field activities, stakeholder engagement, data collection, and knowledge sharing to advance gender-responsive labour market

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years (with high school diploma) or 2 years (with bachelor’s degree) of progressively responsible administrative or project experience.
• Experience in migration management, refugee response, social cohesion and harmonization, labour market inclusion, or related fields.
• Experience in supporting project implementation, including planning, follow-up, reporting and meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to PMM personnel for planning and follow-up of activities.
• Coordinate information exchange among PMM units, provincial directorates and stakeholders.
• Assist in collecting and organizing information for monitoring, reporting and knowledge products.
• Maintain project-related documents and filing in PMM databases according to procedures.
• Support data collection on gender equality and other PMM inputs for reports and guidelines.
• Organize meetings, workshops, field visits and other events with PMM and partners.
