Job summary

Diageo seeks an experienced Human Resources professional for its Sarkoy Plant in Turkey. The role focuses on implementing HR policies, onboarding/offboarding, record-keeping, and supporting blue-collar recruitment and regulatory compliance.

You will manage training plans, KPI reporting, and engagement initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and HSE teams while ensuring adherence to Diageo standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources processes.
• Preferably degree in Industrial Engineering, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and HSE functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full implementation and compliance of HR policies and regulations at the assigned manufacturing site.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding/offboarding documentation and system records.
• Collect onboarding and health documentation for new hires and inform Central HR.
• Enter data and prepare monthly HR KPI reports.
• Provide support to departments, answer inquiries and address needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for blue-collar recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with İŞKUR for hiring with disabilities, postings, and interviews.
• Prepare drafts for official correspondence and committee docs.
• Plan training programs and license/certification activities.
• Conduct probation reviews, onboarding follow-ups, and exit interviews.
• Create and maintain training records in the HR system.
• Monitor annual factory training plan and ensure completion.
• Contribute to cultural transformation and employee engagement projects.
• Support annual employee engagement survey and drive improvement actions.
• Organize social events at or around the factory.
• Collaborate with Central HR Business Partners on factory HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with Diageo QMS, OHS, Food Safety, Environmental and Energy Systems.
