Job summary

Skydagger is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Istanbul to join our Facilities and Administrative Affairs team. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance across electrical, lighting, plumbing, and building systems.

The role requires a vocational background, hands-on fault finding, and strong teamwork to ensure safety and reliability of all facilities. Candidates should be based in Istanbul with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Vocational High School or Vocational School with a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Plumbing, or a related field.
• Experienced in building, facility, and technical maintenance and repair.
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Experienced in fault detection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Proficient in using technical hand tools.
• Familiar with planned maintenance and periodic inspection processes.
• Committed to working in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
• Residing in Istanbul or having no transportation issues.
• For male candidates, completion of mandatory military service is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair activities for company buildings and facilities.
• Respond to electrical, lighting, plumbing, and general building maintenance issues.
• Perform planned and periodic maintenance activities.
• Monitor and resolve general maintenance and repair needs within the building.
• Report identified technical faults and ensure that the necessary actions are taken.
• Coordinate with external service providers and technical contractors when necessary.
• Perform all duties in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
