Job summary

Hilton in Istanbul invites a skilled Mechanic Technician to support daily engineering operations across hotel facilities. You will perform maintenance on boiler systems, HVAC, water and gas installations, and pool systems while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a technical diploma, at least 2 years' experience in hospitality or large facilities, and a valid Pool Water Operator Certificate. You will work in a shift-based schedule as part of our global hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical High School or vocational college in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in hospitality or large facilities.
• Valid Pool Water Operator Certificate is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willing to work in shift-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support daily engineering operations according to shift schedule.
• Perform maintenance on boiler, HVAC, water, gas, pool, and F&B equipment.
• Complete tasks assigned by Engineering Management safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose equipment failures and communicate findings to supervisor.
• Monitor and maintain tools and workshop safety.
