Job summary

Skretting is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Turkey to plan and supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance across production facilities. You will lead maintenance staff and coordinate with internal teams to ensure asset reliability and safe operations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage external technicians, and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations while supporting cost-efficient maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in industrial maintenance or technical project management.
• Experience with industrial automation and maintenance management systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains mid- to long-term maintenance planning for the assigned area, including budgets.
• Coordinates scheduled maintenance activities with operations managers.
• Plans and schedules maintenance to minimise disruptions and ensure safety.
