Job summary

Eaton in Sincan, Turkey, is seeking a Metal Fabrication Group Leader to drive safety, quality, delivery, and performance in the manufacturing group. The role requires owning daily operations and serving as the escalation point for production issues.

You will lead First Line Leaders, oversee operational performance, and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain. A strong background in engineering and Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical)
• Master’s degree (MBA or Engineering Management) preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
• Leadership development certifications are advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience required
• Experience in people management is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to First Line Leaders; ensure safety, quality, delivery, and performance.
• Own daily operational performance and act as escalation point for production issues.
• Drive proactive safety culture; review and close safety actions; lead investigations.
• Own quality performance; review losses; lead containment and escalation; ensure standards.
• Oversee overall manufacturing group performance; achieve production targets and staffing readiness; coordinate cross-functionally.
