Job summary

Gizli is seeking an Operation Manager for our Head Office to lead and elevate our Food & Beverage service operations. The role requires an experienced leader with strong analytical skills, pricing discipline, and a focus on continuous improvement.

You will standardize standards, manage equipment and materials, and drive product development, pricing, and training across all branches, including new openings and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in chain restaurants, cafeterias, QSRs, franchise management or F&B operations.
• Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs.
• Experience in product development, menu management, and concept development processes.
• Knowledge of operational standards development and continuous process improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with pricing, cost management, and product performance analyses.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and relevant regulations.
• Advanced project management, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• No travel restrictions and an active driver's license.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and results-oriented working skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain brand product and service standards and related documentation and manuals.
• Standardize equipment used in product preparation and service processes; select service equipment and customer-use materials.
• Develop products in line with concept strategies and monitor implementation processes.
• Preserve and ensure presentation standards across all locations.
• Support new branch openings; onboard and train personnel.
• Plan seasonal product changes and oversee implementation.
• Coordinate pricing processes and ensure accuracy of prices.
• Evaluate product and service performance and impact on sales and profitability.
• Collaborate on sales-driving activities and campaigns across branches.
• Conduct branch visits; audit compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Develop operational audit checklists; conduct audits and share reports.
• Manage product development, supplier management, Product R&D committees, and food safety practices.
