Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair in the food & beverage, retail, or multi-site operations sectors.
• Knowledge of HVAC, industrial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
• Strong planning, coordination, and multi-operation management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• MS Office skills; familiarity with maintenance management systems.
• Adaptable with strong communication and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration systems, etc.) for airport-based restaurant and café operations from the head office.
• Create periodic maintenance plans for all locations, monitor implementation, oversee ISO audit processes, ensure fire safety compliance, and ensure procedures are followed.
• Evaluate failure notifications from the field, coordinate with relevant teams, and develop fast and permanent solutions.
• Monitor mechanical system performance and implement energy efficiency and operational continuity improvements.
• Carry out reporting and documentation related to maintenance, failure, and technical processes; support budget and cost control.
