Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Technology Consulting (Cyber Security) team in Istanbul. You will leverage deep cybersecurity expertise and strong client engagement to translate complex risks into strategic business advice for CxO leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of relevant experience, holds certifications such as CISSP/CISM/ISO 27001, and can travel as needed while guiding transformation programs across Governance, Identity, Cloud and Network security.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong motivation for pursuing cybersecurity as a career.
• Proven background in cybersecurity transformation programs.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; travel encouraged.
• Degree in CS/Engineering or MIS related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity engagements with client executives and stakeholders.
• Translate security risks into business insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate multi-domain cybersecurity work across governance, identity, cloud and network security.
• Travel to client sites as required and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
