Job Description

We are looking for young strategy professionals to join our team in Turkey at the Senior Analyst level. As part of EY-Parthenon Strategy, you will have the opportunity to deliver projects that make a strong impact on the region and develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning.

You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be a key participant in work streams and engagements as you translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
• Review transaction rationale and/or deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks relating to a proposed transaction.
• Collect, analyze, and translate large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into realistic plans, goals, and actionable.
• Work closely with clients to define the objective and scope of the engagements and deliverables in consultation with your seniors.
• Motivate and counsel junior team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.

Skills and Attributes for Success

We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team.

• At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school in Turkey, Europe or US with outstanding academic performance, preferably in the field of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration
• At least 2 to 4 years preferably of strategy consulting experience, preferably at a global consulting house
• Experience in working on ‘big picture’ strategy projects which includes commercial due diligence, digital transformation, growth strategy, and market strategy
• Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps
• Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching)
• Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Turkish and English
• Client focused mindset with career aspirations
