Job summary

EY-Parthenon Türkiye in Istanbul is seeking an Assistant to support specific workstreams, execute analyses, and learn from senior team members through mentoring and coaching.

You will work with a high-performing team on global and local corporate and private equity clients, gaining broad responsibilities, international experience, and opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school with GPA 3.0+ in Economics, Business or STEM.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to shape strategic roadmaps.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and coaching abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator.
• Fluent English and Turkish.
• Client-focused mindset with clear career aspirations.

EY-Parthenon Strategy & Execution Türkiye is recently established and fast growing. Therefore EY-Parthenon is searching for professionals for our office in Istanbul, and as part of our Europe Central team, who are looking for entrepreneurship and responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment on different levels.

As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting a specific workstream by executing the specified analyses. You will have opportunities to learn from senior team members through counselling relationships, mentoring, and coaching.

You will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients. You’ll have a diverse range of stretching experiences which will give you continuous learning and development opportunities as well as a great sense of achievement.

Qualifications:

• At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance, preferably in the field of Economics, Business or STEM, with GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
• Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching).
• Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish
• Client focused mindset with career aspirations
