Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Ankara is seeking a Manager level professional to join our Valuation, Modelling and Economics team. You will lead valuation projects, mentor junior staff and interact with client management to deliver high‑quality insights across corporate finance engagements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or related field, have 5+ years of valuation/transaction experience, and possess strong numeracy, data analytics and communication skills in

• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• 5+ years of related work experience in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling; financial/debt advisory.
• Strong commercial or transaction experience.
• Valuation knowledge and experience.
• Proven problem-solving ability and ability to deliver complex projects.
• Strong project management and organisational skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Experience with data analytics tools and software for data visualization and database use.
• Experience in managing client relationships and creating new business opportunities.
• Excellent report writing and communications in Turkish and English.

EY-Parthenon Transaction Corporate Finance provides services within the domain of mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, valuations, modelling, economic impact analysis, due diligence and financial consulting. Through our independent position with respect to lenders, investors, and investment bankers, our team of professionals is ideally placed to successfully support corporate transactions.

EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Corporate Finance service line has grown significantly in recent years. To support our ongoing growth and our ambitious plans for the future, we are now looking to strengthen our Valuation and Modeling team at Manager level.

You will be a part of our Valuation, Modelling and Economics team in Ankara and you will get the opportunity to work with major corporate clients, financial institutions and multinational companies. We advise our clients in addressing their strategic planning, regulatory compliance, financial reporting and fair market value documentation needs. Your Key Responsibilities

Skills And Attributes For Success

• A strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Management or Industrial) or other related field.
• The ability to demonstrate intellectual rigour and commercial awareness, combined with first‑class numeracy and analytical skills.
• 5+ years of related work experience in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling; financial/debt advisory.
• Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience.
• Valuation knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
• Strong project management and organisation skills – as a manager in the team you would be in charge of projects, discuss directly with clients and mentor junior team members.
• Strong knowledge and awareness of evolving data analytics tools and related software, including data visualization and database skills to connect data and deliver decision‑making solutions.
• Experience of managing the client relationship and using this to create new business opportunities.
• Excellent report writing, communication skills both oral and written in Turkish and English and attention to details.
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work as part of a diverse team, build effective relationships at all levels and handle multiple responsibilities.
