We are looking for seasoned strategy professionals to join our team in Turkey at the Manager level in any of these sectors: generalist, energy, utility, financial services, telecommunications. As part of EY Parthenon Strategy, you will have the opportunity to deliver projects that make a strong impact on the region and develop your career through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning.

You will work with a high‑performing, integrated team which focuses on a variety of global and local corporate clients and private equity clients. Your Key Responsibilities

• Managing project teams of between 3–6 consultants
• Creating an inclusive culture throughout the team and within engagements
• Developing our business – identifying opportunities within existing clients and driving sales activity
• Working closely with wider EY teams – across Business Consulting, Tax, Strategy & Transactions and Assurance to bring the best of the firm to our clients
• Developing a community within the team – owning / developing an offer, or other internal practice build initiatives such as training, professional development, innovation, recruitment, etc.
• Counselling consultants to provide career direction and advice

Skills And Attributes For Success

• At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a top‑ranking school with outstanding academic performance, preferably in Economics, Business or STEM
• At least 5–7 years working experience in a strategy advisory company and/or in a corporate strategy department
• High level of comfort in a consulting role and experience with a client‑facing position in an agency/consulting environment, including leading client workshops and developing and delivering strategic recommendations
• Experience working in global multidisciplinary teams and across regions/countries
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps
• Entrepreneurial spirit, team player and excellent communicator
• Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross‑functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching)
• Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish
