Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a Customer Care professional for a permanent full-time role. The candidate will prepare and control vessel manifests, ensure export documentation compliance, and coordinate with international teams to resolve issues.

The role demands a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in logistics-related functions, with strong English skills. The position offers a dynamic, global work environment with opportunities across shipping, logistics, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in logistics, maritime, international trade, business administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in export documentation, customer service, operations, or similar roles within logistics/shipping/freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, Bill of Lading processes and export procedures is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in written & verbal English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and control vessel manifests and loading lists accurately and within required deadlines.
• Ensure all export documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with customs requirements and regulations.
• Coordinate with Global Business Service and international teams to resolve operational and system-related issues.
• Act as a focal point between Operations, Customer Service, and Global Business Service teams regarding documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance documentation quality and process efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity within operational systems and ensure timely updates of shipment-related records.
