Career Land Center in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery operations across our outlets within a large F&B group. You will drive dessert innovation and ensure top quality, consistency, and presentation.

Lead a skilled team, manage production and costs, uphold HACCP standards, and collaborate with culinary, service, and purchasing departments. Relocation to Kuwait is required and a competitive package awaits.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience leading pastry operations in large hospitality groups.
• Proven track record in menu development and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Experience in multi-outlet or high-volume F&B is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage daily pastry and bakery operations across outlets.
• Develop desserts, cakes, breads, chocolates, and seasonal specials.
• Ensure items meet company standards in taste and presentation.
• Maintain consistency in quality, portioning, and decoration.
• Train and motivate pastry team.
• Oversee production planning, mise en place, storage, stock rotation.
• Support bulk production for events and high-volume operations.
• Monitor food cost, inventory, wastage, and portion control.
• Ensure hygiene, HACCP standards.
• Introduce creative pastry concepts.
• Coordinate with culinary, service, purchasing, stewarding, and management teams.
• Maintain pastry equipment cleanliness and maintenance.
• Support operational improvements and consistency.
