Career Land Center, LLC in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead pastry and bakery operations across multiple outlets, develop dessert menus, and ensure consistent quality and presentation. You will manage production, training, and inventory while coordinating with culinary and service teams to deliver outstanding pastry experiences.

The role demands strong leadership in high-volume hospitality, deep pastry expertise, and rigorous adherence to HACCP and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Executive Pastry Chef or senior pastry leader.
• Strong leadership and multi-outlet experience.
• Expertise in desserts, pastries, cakes, chocolates, plated desserts.
• Experience with cost control, inventory, and wastage reduction.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage daily pastry and bakery operations across outlets.
• Create, develop, and enhance dessert menus, cakes, pastries, breads, chocolates.
• Ensure pastry items meet company standards in taste and presentation.
• Maintain consistency in portioning, decoration, and quality.
• Supervise, train, and motivate pastry team to high performance.
• Oversee production planning, mise en place, storage, stock rotation.
• Support bulk production for events, catering, and high-volume ops.
• Monitor food cost, inventory, ordering, wastage, and portion control.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance at all times.
• Coordinate with culinary, service, purchasing, stewarding, and management.
