Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a General Manager who will oversee all aspects of a high-volume F&B operation, drive profitability, and act as brand ambassador. You will lead day-to-day staff management and align departments to deliver outstanding member and guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on oversight of safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction across the venue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-volume F&B or multi-unit operations.
• Experience applying local regulations for food safety and emergency procedures.
• Ability to interview hires and support growth and success planning.

Responsibilities

• Influential leader and strategic business partner to internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable experiences.
• Assess business weekly/daily and provide reports that trigger action plans for operational improvements and profit optimization.
• Ensure food safety, allergy procedures, and a safe inviting space by partnering with Health & Safety leaders and complying with local standards.
• Collaborate with Head Office functions to drive processes and implement opportunities that boost sales and retention.
• Provide leadership for annual marketing plans and partnerships across departments.
