About the Role
We are looking for a Community, Events & Commercial Executive who will take end-to-end ownership of the platform’s event calendar, community communications, partnerships and commercial performance.
This is a hands-on role combining community building, event execution, brand communication and sales. The successful candidate will contribute to the creative development of each experience, transform ideas into operational plans, strengthen partner relationships and convert interest into attendance, membership and long-term community engagement.
The position has two equally important dimensions:
- Commercial and strategic: Growing event and membership revenue, contributing ideas, managing agencies and developing sustainable partnerships.
- Operational and hands-on: Being present throughout event days and actively supporting guest hosting, table setup and service whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Community, Membership & CRM
- Build, manage and segment the member and guest database.
- Design relevant communication and engagement journeys.
- Manage guest and community communications across WhatsApp, Instagram, email and other channels.
- Monitor community growth, engagement and repeat participation.
- Improve registration, communication and membership processes.
- Convert community insights into practical commercial and experience-led actions.
Events & Experience
- Contribute to the development of the annual and seasonal event calendar.
- Participate actively in event concepts, themes, narratives and formats.
- Translate approved concepts into detailed execution plans.
- Coordinate venues, catering teams, kitchens, speakers, suppliers and collaborators.
- Manage quotations, commercial negotiations and barter arrangements when appropriate.
- Take active responsibility on event days, including setup, guest hosting and operational support.
- Ensure that every guest touchpoint reflects the platform’s experience standards.
Commercial Performance
- Manage event and membership sales from initial interest through to conversion.
- Drive attendance while protecting the positioning and perceived value of the experience.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, conversion and repeat participation.
- Prepare clear and regular commercial performance reports.
- Support the development of sustainable event and membership revenue models.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Manage relationships with venue owners, hotels, restaurants, chefs, speakers and brand partners.
- Represent the platform confidently in senior-level meetings.
- Maintain the standard of relationships initially established by the founders.
- Transform one-time collaborations into recurring partnerships and event series.
- Assess incoming collaboration proposals in line with the platform’s positioning.
Brand Communication & Agency Management
- Maintain a consistent and distinctive tone of voice.
- Coordinate social media content, newsletters, event announcements and member communications.
- Brief and manage external creative, communication and PR agencies.
- Ensure that external partners translate the strategic direction into accurate and high-quality work.
- Follow the design and production of branded materials and event assets.
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant experience in community management, events, marketing, communications, brand partnerships, FMCG or a related field.
- A strong understanding of community building and member experience.
- Commercial awareness and willingness to take ownership of sales targets.
- Experience managing events, partnerships or campaigns from concept to execution.
- Genuine interest in gastronomy, hospitality, culture and curated experiences.
- Confidence in communicating and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, organisation and follow-through.
- Experience briefing and managing agencies, suppliers or external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently after receiving strategic direction.
- A practical and hands-on approach to event operations.
- Fluency in Turkish and professional proficiency in English.
This Role May Not Be Right for You If You
- Prefer marketing communications without commercial accountability.
- Focus solely on closing sales without considering brand and guest experience.
- Enjoy developing strategy but prefer others to manage execution.
- Are uncomfortable supporting setup, guest hosting or on-site operations.
- Prefer a narrowly defined, exclusively desk-based position.
What Success Looks Like
During the first six months, the successful candidate will be expected to:

- Establish a structured and segmented membership database.
- Create a consistent flow of community and brand communications.
- Deliver strong venue, hospitality and brand collaborations.
- Increase repeat attendance and member engagement.
- Develop recurring relationships with selected partners.
- Introduce clear, actionable commercial performance reporting.
Working Model
This is an Istanbul-based hybrid position. Full-day on-site attendance is required during events, with occasional evening, weekend and travel availability depending on the event calendar.
The successful candidate will work directly with the founders and contribute to both the strategic direction and operational development of a distinctive, high-potential community platform.
Why Join?
- Contribute to a distinctive community and dining concept at an early stage of growth.
- Become part of a project backed by one of Türkiye’s recognised wine producers.
- Work directly with the founders and participate in strategic and creative decisions.
- Build relationships across Türkiye’s gastronomy, hospitality and creative communities.
- Take visible ownership across events, partnerships, community and commercial development.
- Create memorable experiences that carry your personal contribution.
