Job summary

Hyundai Türkiye is seeking a part-time Customer Quality Engineer (Electric Parts) to monitor and resolve quality issues in electrical components, including high voltage EV systems. You will analyze CAN/LIN traffic, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with R&D and suppliers to implement effective corrective actions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics, at least 2 years in the automotive sector, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering.
Min 2 years experience in automotive sector.
Knowledge of process quality and electric vehicle systems.
Experience in data analysis, modeling, and simulation.
Familiarity with CAN & LIN protocol and in-vehicle communication systems.
Preferably experience in vehicle testing and data acquisition systems.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve quality issues related to electrical components, including high voltage EV systems.
Perform in-depth root cause analysis using diagnostic tools and interpret DTCs.
Analyze CAN/LIN bus data to detect abnormalities and signal errors.
Conduct field investigations and failure reproduction on test vehicles.
Collaborate with R&D and suppliers to validate software or hardware modifications.
Monitor warranty and field claim data to identify recurring electrical failure trends.
Participate in software calibration reviews and technical meetings if needed.
