Job summary

Projekts Staffing and Consulting seeks a bold Maintenance Manager for GreenField to oversee maintenance across four Powertrain APUs, driving reliability, uptime and ramp-up readiness in a high-volume EV manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will define preventive and predictive maintenance, establish spare-parts strategy, lead TPM programs and train local technicians to build plant-wide capability across lines with flexible deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
5–8+ years automotive / EV maintenance or reliability experience.
Hands-on commissioning, equipment handover and ramp-up experience.
Experience across multiple production technologies (stator/rotor, HV/battery, robotic assembly, or test/dyno) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Define preventive, predictive and autonomous maintenance routines across all APUs.
Establish maintenance standards and spare-parts requirements.
Deploy TPM / reliability routines and maintenance performance tracking plant-wide.
Support FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning and maintainability verification across lines.
Train local technicians and build structured troubleshooting capability across all four APUs.
