Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. İzmir Plant seeks an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to oversee maintenance activities, manage technicians, and drive reliability improvements.

You will plan predictive, preventive and corrective work, coordinate with OEMs for parts, and lead energy efficiency initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires an Electrical Engineering background, 4–6 years in industrial maintenance, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering background is required.
• 4-6 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience is preferred.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Certified as an Energy Manager is a plus.
• MS-Office applications proficiency.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer focus.
• Good decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Electrical technicians.
• Oversee predictive, planned, preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance.
• Coordinate planning and execution of maintenance with OEMs for spare parts and services.
• Record and report maintenance activities.
• Apply root-cause analysis (5 Why, fishbone) to reduce downtime.
• Identify equipment and facility needs to improve maintenance efficiency.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage budgets and resources.
• Lead Capex projects according to technical specs and PepsiCo requirements.
• Participate in Lean, standard work and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure energy consumption monitoring and reporting; take corrective actions as needed.
