Job summary

PepsiCo İzmir Plant is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader to oversee electrical maintenance activities, lead technicians, and ensure continuous operation of our facilities. You will plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, manage spare parts, and drive improvements in energy efficiency and reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on safety and quality in line with PepsiCo standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering background required.
• Experience in industrial maintenance.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Electrical Technicians.
• Oversee predictive, preventive, planned, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Participate in planned maintenance and periodic controls.
• Lead Capex projects in line with technical specs and PepsiCo standards.
• Contribute to Lean initiatives, standard work, and productivity improvements.
