Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Leader to sustain production performance across assigned lines in a fast-paced packaging environment. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on maintenance, driving autonomous operator capabilities and TPM initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and push for cost-effective spare parts management while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in mass production.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.
• Fluent Turkish and English.
• Valid driving licence and travel flexibility.
• Experience in printing/packaging industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sustain the production performance of the assigned production lines.
• Act as the Technical Expert and Maintenance Leader for the responsible line.
• Prioritise troubleshooting activities and enhance autonomous maintenance capabilities.
• Reduce frequency of breakdowns and improve line reliability.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations and coach shopfloor teams.
• Organise all maintenance activities and manage machine budgets.
• Monitor spare parts usage and drive cost optimisation.
