Job summary

Gizli seeks an experienced enterprise applications professional to define scope, value, and user needs for strategic systems. You will collaborate with business units and technical teams to shape roadmaps and prioritize the backlog.

In this role, you’ll evaluate requests for business value, monitor adoption, and identify low-value or duplicate apps for decommissioning. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, MIS, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise applications, business analysis, product ownership, process management, or project management.
• At least intermediate level of English proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, enterprise application management, or digital business processes.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret and prioritize business unit needs.
• Strong command of backlog, roadmap, user requirement, acceptance criteria, and value management concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively between business departments, technical teams, and external service providers.
• High awareness of user experience (UX), application adoption, and process efficiency.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high discipline in task tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define the purpose, scope, target user audience, and business value of assigned enterprise applications.
• Create, maintain, and contribute to the prioritization of the application backlog.
• Build application roadmaps in collaboration with business units, process owners, module teams, and technical teams.
• Evaluate enhancement requests from business units in terms of business value, process impact, user needs, risk, and portfolio impact.
• Monitor application usage rates, active user counts, adoption status, and ongoing development needs.
• Identify and make visible applications that generate low value, are duplicated, or need to be decommissioned.
• Contribute to application lifecycle, versioning, licensing, utilization, and value tracking processes.
• Support requirement refinement, acceptance criteria definition, and user acceptance processes alongside Business Analysts.
• Provide a product management perspective during development, enhancement, and go-live phases in collaboration with module-based application teams.
• Assist in measuring the business value derived from applications and presenting insights to management.
• Regularly track user feedback and turn insights into continuous improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to application portfolio decision-making using data, usage analytics, and a business-value perspective.
