Job summary

Gizli Şirket is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to lead risk assessment, coordinate site audits, and drive safety culture and training across the facility. You will design emergency response plans, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure environmental compliance through robust risk analyses and incident investigations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a C-class safety certificate, and fluent English. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum C Class Occupational Safety Certificate.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk assessment processes and ensure they are reviewed and updated as needed.
• Coordinate scheduled audits, maintain records, and track follow-up actions.
• Oversee HSE training programs and strengthen safety culture on site.
• Design and maintain emergency response plans and validate action plans through tests.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update internal procedures accordingly.
• Drive environmental compliance including impact assessments and waste management.
• Conduct process safety risk analyses for machinery and installations; implement corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and observed risks; implement preventive actions.

Education

• Oversee HSE training programs and drive initiatives that strengthen a strong safety culture across the site.
• Design and maintain emergency response plans, provide workforce training, and validate action plans through regular test coordination.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments, updating internal procedures, instructions, and practices accordingly.
• Drive environmental compliance by managing impact assessments, waste processes, and required environmental declarations.
• Conduct process and occupational safety risk analyses for machinery, equipment, and installation or revision activities, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Support process safety management.
• Investigate work-related incidents, first aid cases, near misses, and observed risks, implementing preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Minimum C Class Occupational Safety Certificat.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Seveso, and ATEX standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
