Job summary

Integrated Assemblies , Motherson Sequencing and Assembly Services (MSAS) is seeking an experienced EHS professional to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental regulations and aligning with company standards across the site.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, good English, and a recognized HSE certification (B or A class).

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant areas
• Good level of English
• Health, Safety and Environment Certification (B or A class)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with occupational EHS regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate risk assessments, hazard identification, and workplace safety improvements.
• Develop emergency response plans, drills, and employee preparedness programs.
• Deliver safety training and promote awareness.
• Conduct job safety analyses and establish safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Perform EHS audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, providing reports and recommendations.
• Support environmental programs, hazardous waste management, and emergency procedures.
• Assist with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 MS, certifications, and safety committees.
• Drive a positive safety culture by addressing employee concerns and communicating safety performance.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant areas.
• Good level of English
• Legally required Health, Safety and Environment Certification (B or A class)
• In depth knowledge of legislation and business processes in environmental health and safety systems, ecology and environmental protection, industrial safety
• Solution and result oriented, strong communication skills, dynamic, prone to teamwork
