Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Ankara Temelli is seeking an EHS Senior Analyst to lead the MESH implementation at the site. You will focus on risk prevention, incident management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering with site leadership and staff.

You will drive risk assessments, investigations, and proactive safety programs, maintaining data accuracy in MESH Prism and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related).
• Minimum 5 years' EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Industry background preferred: automotive, electrical, manufacturing/electrical.
• Strong experience in safety management systems, incident investigation, near misses, and risk assessment.
• EHS Certification: Minimum C-Class; A-Class is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Eaton MESH system on site and ensure continuous improvement.
• Drive incident and near-miss management, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform risk assessments (WRA, ergonomic, operational risks) proactively.
• Ensure accurate EHS data management and reporting using MESH Prism and internal systems.
• Track, validate, and close findings from MESH audits and regulatory reviews.
• Maintain EHS operating controls, procedures, and PM programs site-wide.
• Coordinate and track EHS training, maintaining training matrices and completion status.
• Promote a zero-incident EHS culture through engagement with employees and EHS teams.

What you'll do:

The EHS Senior Analyst will support and lead the implementation of the Eaton MESH (Management System of Environmental, Safety and Health) at the Ankara Temelli site. This role focuses on risk prevention, incident management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, working closely with site leadership and employees at all levels.

• Lead and support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Eaton MESH system in line with legal and local requirements
• Drive incident and near-miss management, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Perform and support proactive and preventive risk assessments (WRA, ergonomic, operational risks)
• Ensure accurate EHS data management and reporting using MESH Prism and internal systems
• Track, validate, and close MESH, audit, and regulatory findings in a timely manner
• Maintain EHS operational controls, procedures, and PM programs across the site
• Coordinate and track EHS training, maintaining training matrices and completion status
• Actively promote a strong, zero-incident EHS culture through employee engagement and EHS teams
