Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Finance.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IFS ERP or other major ERP platforms.
• Proven background in ERP implementation, user support, and process design.
• Knowledge of project-based accounting, procurement flows, and inventory management, ideally in construction or infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the IFS ERP system across branches, subsidiaries, and joint ventures in Romania.
• Manage and optimize core ERP modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Project Controls, and Contracts.
• Act as a local liaison between business units and global ERP/IT teams.
• Ensure user engagement through training, support, and ERP policy adherence.
• Monitor system performance, identify improvements, and propose enhancements.
• Maintain master data, cost structures, and activity sequences with finance and technical teams.
• Support monthly reporting, cost allocation, and audit processes with accurate ERP data.
• Utilize Power BI or similar tools for reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for customizations and integrations as needed.
• Align ERP workflows with local regulations in coordination with HQ teams.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the IFS ERP system across branches, subsidiaries, and joint ventures in Romania
• Manage and optimize core ERP modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Project Controls, and Contracts
• Act as a local liaison between business units and global ERP/IT teams
• Ensure user engagement through effective training, support, and adherence to ERP policies
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements
• Maintain master data, cost structures, and activity sequences in collaboration with finance and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of project-based accounting, procurement flows, and inventory management, ideally in construction or infrastructure sectors
• Proficient in Power BI or similar BI tools for reporting and data visualization
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Romania
