Gizli seeks a Payment Systems Development Senior Specialist to join our head office. You will oversee continuity of sales and payment applications, analyze requirements, and translate them into API specifications and user stories.

You will manage and refine the product backlog, coordinate testing and deployment, and monitor operations. Strong English and 5+ years in the field are required to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduated from university in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payments systems.
• Strong knowledge of sales, payment processes, and operations.
• Experience with software applications, testing and deployment.
• Familiarity with API-based architectures and integrations.
• English proficiency—written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of sales and payment applications and systems while complying with regulations.
• Analyze business needs and translate into technical requirements and API specs.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog technically.
• Oversee testing, create scenarios, perform functional tests, and participate in UAT.
• Coordinate testing, training, and production deployment of changes.
• Monitor data entry, service levels, and maintenance processes.
• Regularly audit processes and production performance, driving improvements.
• Support internal and external audits and track action items.
