We are seeking an experienced Product Owner and Business Analyst who combines strategic product thinking with exceptional design skills. This role requires a unique blend of product management expertise, UX/UI design proficiency, and analytical rigor to drive our web and mobile applications forward.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs
• Prioritize features and backlog items with clear, data-driven reasoning
• Make strategic decisions on feature scope, technical trade-offs, and release planning
• Balance business value, technical feasibility, and user experience in all product decisions
• Communicate product vision and priorities to stakeholders and development teams
• Design web and mobile experiences from concept to completion
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs in Figma
• Keep design consistent across platforms by adhering to existing UI systems
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate from user feedback

Business analysis, QA, and stakeholders

• Write complete customer journey maps covering all user flows and edge cases
• Create thorough user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Perform detailed QA reviews across web and mobile before release
• Facilitate requirements sessions and present progress to leadership

Success metrics

• 3 months: documented architecture, design system, and two major features with edge-case coverage
• 6 months: adopted prioritization framework and fewer design-to-development handoff issues
• 12 months: measurable satisfaction gains on designed features and the go-to owner for product quality

Work environment

• Report to Head of Product; collaborate with engineering, QA, and end users
• Agile/Scrum, remote-friendly, Sun-Thu, 40 hours/week
