PHINIA Inc. is seeking an experienced Energy Management Engineer for Izmir, Turkey, to drive energy efficiency initiatives under a fixed-term contract. You will lead the EnMS, monitor energy data, and implement efficiency projects within an industrial setting.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering degree, an Energy Manager Certificate, and ISO 50001 auditing credentials, with preference for automotive industry experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Energy Manager Certificate issued by the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.
• Certified ISO 50001 Internal Auditor and/or Lead Auditor.
• Experience in energy management, energy monitoring, and energy efficiency projects within an industrial environment.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously improve the organization's Energy Management System (EnMS) in accordance with ISO 50001.
• Monitor, analyze, and report energy performance indicators and energy consumption data.
• Identify, develop, and implement energy efficiency and energy-saving projects.
• Conduct energy performance assessments and support the achievement of energy reduction targets.
• Ensure compliance with national energy legislation, regulations, and reporting requirements.
