Job summary

PHINIA in Izmir, Turkey, is seeking an EHS & Sustainability Management Trainee to support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability initiatives.

You will assist in environmental compliance, wastewater treatment operations, sustainability reporting, greenhouse gas management, ISO management systems, and continuous improvement projects while contributing to a culture of safety and environmental excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Environmental Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with environmental compliance and sustainability reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is desirable.
• Industrial wastewater treatment knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in environmental compliance and wastewater treatment operations.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting and greenhouse gas management.
